Since 1954, Wiley Properties has been your local, hands-on partner for property management and commercial real estate, providing office space, maintenance, and more for clients and small business owners. As a third-generation, family-owned company, we have decades of experience and expertise in developing and managing facilities across an array of industries.
Our success stems from the unique, hands-on approach we take to property management as well as the trust we’ve developed and connections we’ve maintained with our clients. Some of our tenants have been with us for more than 20 years, and one since 1959.
From initial walk-through to tenant improvements, lease signing, and ongoing maintenance, we work with you from start to finish—and beyond. And because
our process is streamlined, you get the space you need as quickly as possible. There is no middleman or third party to slow down your timeline. We do it all, including tenant improvements and remodels to ensure your office, retail, or warehouse space is fully functional for your needs or the needs of your business.
History
Wiley Properties’ History
Back in 1954, Hap Wiley owned and operated a drilling company. Because it was seasonal work, Hap had his workers construct buildings during the off-season winter months. That operation eventually turned into a successful family real estate business, renting and leasing commercial spaces to local businesses.
In the mid-1970s, the business and its operations transferred to Hap’s son Bruce and daughter Barb, as well as Bruce’s sons Mike and RJ. Today, Mike and RJ work together to run the company, providing everything tenants need from start to finish.
As Wiley Properties’ leasing agent, Mike handles all sales, rentals, and leasing. He works directly with new tenants as well as renewals with current tenants. RJ takes care of all property management responsibilities, including repairs, maintenance, day-to-day projects, remodels, and more.
Our Attention to Detail
We take a hands-on approach to
property management, which means visiting each of our facilities on a regular—usually weekly—basis to connect with tenants and stay on top of any necessary repairs, replacements, or updates. From electrical and plumbing work to HVAC maintenance and more, we handle everything so our clients can focus on the daily operations of their businesses.
Tenants are encouraged to contact us with emergencies or concerns. We pride ourselves on being accessible and responsive to client needs, allowing us to build the trust and respect needed to maintain strong, lasting relationships.
