We own, lease, and manage all our properties, working with tenants on every detail starting from the initial meeting. Tenants are encouraged to reach out to us with any issues, including building improvements or plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance and repair. Because we own the properties, there’s no middleman or additional layer of approval to deal with, which means you get quicker responses with minimal costs.

The commercial retail spaces we own, lease, and manage are well maintained and located in busy, high-traffic areas where your business will surely be seen. Warehouse Space

Our office and warehouse properties provide the space your business needs to build its base and grow from there. Most of these buildings include a small office and large warehouse, which can be renovated to remove walls, add offices, or perform other customizations to accommodate your daily operations, even as your business or team expands. And because all of our properties are centrally located, our team is always close by and responsive to your issues, concerns, or needs.

Aviation Hangars

We lease and manage a collection of aviation hangars at the Crystal Airport (KMIC), which is the closest reliever airport to Minneapolis-St. Paul International. Available for airplane storage only, these aviation hangars are all similar in size and conveniently located at the intersection of Highway 81 and 63rd Avenue in Brooklyn Park.
